TRANSITION POLICY FOR ATP
1:- ATP should sign an agreement with RSMIT-Edu on Rs. 100/- stamp paper. Witnessed by concerned regional/state/territory in-charge.
2:- After signing of the agreement, RSMIT-Edu will offer following benefits to the
ATP s:
I) Provide new licence certificate to the
ATP .
II) Provide new brochures for admission of students
III) Provide a new flex for framing and display at the centre.
IV) Provide books of III and IV semester for existing students. Two sets (i.e., for two students) will be provided for every new admission in the software programm. No charge will be taken by RSMIT-Edu for providing III and IV trimester books for existing students except in lieu of new admissions.
V) Students who have not been provided books of I and II semester, shall be considered as fresh admissions by RSMIT-Edu and no request for books of these semesters will be entertained.
VI) The above mentioned procedure shall be followed in case of Hardware and Networking programm.
VII) Hold online examination of the students of any semester
VIII) Provide certificates for the passing out students.
3:- No centre should pay cash to any of the office bearer. He shall deposit the amount either through a local cheque in his location OR send a Demand Draft with student details/application forms to Delhi Office OR deposit cash in the bank account, retain the photocopy of the deposit slip with him for future reference and send the original receipt (as deposited on behalf of RSMIT-Edu) along with the details of students/application forms to Delhi Office.
4:- A minimum period of 10 days will be taken by the RSMIT to deliver the books to the concerned centre.
RSMIT-Edu will not accept any other liability of the previous organisation committed to
ATP s, for which they should contact their previous organisation.
The ATP shall furnish the details of the existing students, semester wise, to Delhi Office at info@rsmitedu.org.in, clearly mentioning the requirement and status as on date to enable us to plan and deliver the services as desired. |
